Woke up early. Not feeling like going out today, but I have to. We need milk and fruits and veggies. I said I'd do it today. Sean and I might go to the movies tonight. That remains to be seen. Not a whole lot of good stuff is playing, we waited too long after release. Oh well.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
