Hanging in there. Some days are better than others. Wasn't that hungry today. The mantra of the book I just read was "Eat when you're hungry, drink when you're thirsty." I should note that this only works on a ketogenic diet because eating a high fat content diet absolutely kills your hunger, whereas carbs tend to make you hungry every few hours.
Today I wasn't hungry until 3PM, then ate, now I'm ready for bed and still not hungry, so this is it today. 868 calories. Sometimes it just works out that way.
Tomorrow I have a business breakfast, lunch and dinner, so it will be a little more challenging. We shall see how tomorrow adds up.

Mrsmole, hmmm thinking about your mantra, eat when you are hungry. I don't do low carbs or high fat, on weekends and days off work I forget to eat, that's when I end up with migraines. Not sure about that for me. Thinking about the no candy challenge.

That's why I noted that my mantra on works on ketosis. When your body becomes a fat burning (vs sugar burning) machine and you forget to eat, it goes after its own fat, and you never get a headache, low blood sugar, etc. This is within reason. After 48 hours, you may start to feel bad due to lack of salt, but that's another story. I was only trying to make a point that for me, this is working out great (for now!). Thanks to everyone who is considering joining my Halloween challenge!
