Dropped a few pounds after training for my 5k ended. I'm still working out a lot, but not like training. That was an intense 8 weeks of my life! I think I'm going to start it up again at the beginning of winter every year. That way I'll be able to run the Goshen 5k as well as the Sunburst! =) I'm missing some of that leg muscle though, gonna have to fix that!

Make sure you are balancing your calorie intake with your exercise girl! You need to eat more than 1200 if you are eating a lot. Your weight is getting very low!

Ugh! You're telling me! I can't wait to have my kitchen back so I can cook my food, make my protien shakes and have that balance again! Lord I miss my healthy life, and my house! I can't wait! Should be done sometime this week! =D
