I just can't seem to loose those last 7 lbs. I'm happy with how far I've come and how I look, but I've been plateaued here since March. Thoughts anyone?
136.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how frustrating losing the last few pounds can be. I was down to 117lbs in the fall of 2020, and could not hit my goal of 116lbs. only 1 lb away. I got further away from my goal as other things took priority in my life, and now I am back on my journey. Don't give up, stay consistent. maybe switch to your exercise routine a bit so your body is not accustomed to the same thing. you'll get there! ❤️🙌

I tried everything, it's like my body is saying, 'that's it no more'.....lol. I'll hang in there, thanks for the kind words.
