You are right but I know where this is going if I continue the way I have been over the past 2 - 3 weeks. I need a plan...and some time...and discipline. Where can I find these things? LOL

I got an idea in the middle of my whining session. I need to focus on eating fresh. At my age, it's my best bet health wise, not to even mention weight wise. I kinda forget about eating fresh when I'm busy and scattered all over the place. It will be good for my son too... I'll start writing this in my journal as I research and try things. I need to focus and stop being all ADD/ADHD about my eating habits. :)

I forgot to mention, my first thing is going to be adding beets into my diet. Beets are so dang good for us from what I'm reading. It's detoxing, that's super important! I'm going to try a beets, carrots, sweet potato recipe.

when I had gall bladder issues a friend told me to eat beets and I did, every day...they helped. I bought the fresh ones , my mom showed me how to clean them and boiled them up ..put olive oil and vinegar, some garlic, They were actually very good...kept me from needing further tests at gastro doctor and probably saved me from surgery!!
