just had 11 glorious days off work. spent it with 4 kids, they had fires and marshmallows and weiners and chips and ice cream....I managed to maintain my weight threw my holidays I'm good with that. now it's back to the grind <3
223.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
