Too achey yesterday, but glad I dropped another pound. Sean woke up late today, not sure if his alarm didn't go off or what, but we didn't go exercising today. Maybe later we'll hit up something if he gets off early. I'm thinking of eating some fast food tonight, I didn't put anything together for dinner.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
