다이어트의 특효약은 이별인듯
커피1방울도 없이 몇일 째 심장이 뛰어서 입맛도 없고 몸 고생시켜야 잠 잘 올거 같아서 4시간씩 운동 중
135.6 lb Lost so far: 11.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
