I've gone over my rdi the past two days, but my weight still went down. Maybe I should be eating a bit more.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 May 2011:
1526 kcal Fat: 57.64g | Prot: 74.95g | Carb: 189.08g.   Breakfast: Tap Water, flax flakes, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Light Ranch Dressing, Zucchini, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Baby Carrots, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, spring mix, Vidalia Onion Honey Mustard Dressing, Fancy Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Shredded, Life Balance Whole Wheat Tortillas Plus!
