mrs smith1's Journal, 26 April 2011

I feel great! Monday was a successful day with a few areas for improvement. I will do a little shopping today to be more prepared in the snack department. I need to start using other things to measure my success besides the scale. When I think Im doing great the scale is up, when I think Im doing bad the scale is down. So I will commit to only getting on the scale on Monday mornings!!! Also I am going to continue in just 2 challenges! I want to succeed not set myself up for failure.

Being prepared makes it soooooooo much easier!! In the beginning I made out a weekly meal plan for work so I wouldn't go running to the vending machines!! I fell away from that and lost my motivation. But I'm back!! LOL!!
