Hari ini nimbang BB naik 200gr seminggu padahal defisit kalori (untuk pertama kali nya malah naik) tapi lingkar pinggang berkurang 3cm, entah mungkin massa otot yang bertambah karena wo harian nya selalu pakai dumbell, its fine yang penting sehat & stamina ga mudah capek lagi kayak dulu🔥
