well iv stop losing weight for 3 months now i had lost a baby and gained some weight back so ill start again wish me luck wishing to be 180 lbs <3 good luck on your weight loss

You can certainly do it. You've had a lot going on physically, spiritually and emotionally. When you're ready to grab the reins, you will be unstoppable. Start first with treating yourself right (real, whole food) and then add your exercise routine back in. You will find plenty of support on FS and I am also one of them. Inbox me any time!
