got some batteries for the scale just in time to capture more progress. :-)

I don't really care what I weigh as long as the % of body fat decreases, but weight is a shorthand for seeing some progress, plus it keeps me focused on the goal.

185 lbs. this morning, the lowest in a couple of years.

Today was triceps day, my favorite day. Same weight on the first set of French curls but got an extra couple of reps with a spotter. Moved up to the next plate on pushdowns, plus got a couple of more reps on the 3rd set. Progress. Every day a little progress.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
