Holiday seasons are tough for maintaining a healthy eating regimen. In preparing for Christmas the house is filled with the smells of cookies baking, fudge being made, Reese's mini cups being made into small cookies, and pecans being candied. So, though my spouse and I do have a good amount of self-control, there is always that temptation to grab a few pecans, have a couple of Reese's cookies, or whatever several times a day. Thus, I am trying really hard to keep my weight between 185 and 192 for the holiday season.
