Hoy comienzo de nuevo a ponerme a controlar mejor la ingesta de alimentos. Si bien no estoy fuera del rango establecido por mi, solo quiero ajustar mas el margen y realizar una ingesta mayor de proteinas!!! Espero que sea sencillo...
