After my first few weigh ins, I’m still in disbelief. I haven’t lost weight like this in a long time. I could never afford the fancy weight loss apps and weight watchers just wasn’t my thing. But here I am staying true to my calorie intake and becoming aware of what my body needs.
260.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
