Can really see muscle tone these days. I think I'm going to enjoy tank top and shorts season, assuming it ever arrives. Happy I was able to jog OUTSIDE this week. That felt good.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 73.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
