Started working with personal trainer in the gym, I couldn’t walk because of muscle pain 😩 I think that’s why my weight stopped for a week 😭 I’m sad about this
321.9 lb Lost so far: 62.6 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
