I followed my diet poorly because of there is almost certainly wheat in my Mac & Cheese, which is never allowed in the Paleo diet. Other foods I ate that are not on the Paleo diet: peanut oil, bread.
142.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
