I am out alot this weeking. Doing my best to keep moving while I get things done. I have a sore back but I am trying to work through it. Today I am at 205 and I can feel the symptoms of TOM although it's not here yet. Ugh!
On the upside its getting a little warmer and the sun is up.. I got some nice new bedding for Spring and I will do the change over next week in honour of DST (and to do some psychological stroking even while it's still too cold outside). Eating clean and keeping things in line. I hope you are all having a great day.
