finally weighing in at where I left off, give or take a few ounces, after tracking and eating healthy for about 3 weeks. Now taking on regular, consistent movement/exercise. happy Friday all!
288.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
