Day 4️⃣. Barre is done and todays affirmation is I am centered. This one is quite complex, deep and philosophical. When I had a chance to do deep meditation in my life, I realized that everything is fluid, it comes and goes, qhethwr its your pain, or disappointment, or feeling lost... Remebering this is probably means being centered to me. I don't think there is no purpose in anything, like many think, but having that attitude towards life that nothing is desolate, and it's a game in a way (and pretty short one), so hey why not to be happy?! If healthe eating and physical activity make us happy, if liking your reflection in the mirror brings a smile, if achieving your goal makes you feel that evwrything is possible, then why not do it?! 🥰💕
