Carbed up. Look and feel better. About 2500k, so around maintenance, and 300 net carbs. Still showing abs, still flabbed around the middle and lower back. At the limits of mere willpower. Trying to find a middle strategy to both avoid a diet break and not grind myself into a binge. We'll see if replenishing the glycogen stores helps...
