Mini-Cut Day 14 Only 1 3/4" To Go! Rest Day
Today's Waist = 33 3/4"; up 1/4" Starting Waist = 35 3/8" Goal Waist = 32"
Biggest lift day feed yet. First time eating out since starting this cut. Wasn't feeling rain grilling. Sushi feast. So good. ~2000k on the day. Even had a bite of my son's snickers ice cream bar. Pretty gross, TBH. I'll be saving my calories for some hand crafted profiteroles like the food snob I am. Paying the price with this morning's waist bump, but whatever. I'm grinding til it's all off.
Walking around with the four pack. All about the lower abs/back at this point. Feeling pretty locked in diet and program wise. Only persistence remains. Couple more weeks-ish. Or whatever. Going the distance.
Meals planned, loaded and prepped. Gym programmed. Fam food prepped. Just need the sun to come back out so I can get my tan on.
Started researching how to stay ripped post cut. First goal is to make it through October wedding. Found lots of profoundly useless content. Would welcome input from those of you who have done it. So far, I think the following makes sense.
* No Refeed/Break Post Cut * Keep everything the same (at first), just raise portions/calories * Titrate calories to mirror * Fast to correct overshoot
