My calories were a little higher than I would have like yesterday, but I got some exercise shoveling snow, sledding, and swimming so I kept a good calorie deficit. Another new low today but 6 lbs in a week is not realistic so I may be primed for a gain.

Or maybe you were just catching up from your stall? Either way, keep up the good work. My calories were higher in number than I was comfortable with but I had to recognize that I also had an active day. So I was ok with it. Finish the weekend on a high note and we'll all roll into the week on a good feeling.

SV you're doing good, don't think too much about the gain or loss, just keep doing what you are supposed to be doing and you will get there for sure. Nice to see you had a good weekend!
