For sure... I always seem to temporarily gain a pound or two when fatigued but goes away after a restful night!!

Don't worry too much about it. Bad sleep does that to me. Try to relax before going to bed. It should help for a good night sleep.

It is 100% because of water weight. Just last week I was up 10lbs and now I’m down 15lbs. It’s so natural especially with women’s bodies.
