Spring Cut - Day 14 17 Hours Fasted
Took a day of rest yesterday. Full practice and weigh-in in the morning, threw a half dozen pork cushions on the smoker, caught up on some reading and binge watched The Affair. And had a glorious refeed at 68 hours. Pound and a quarter of grilled ribeye smothered in garlic confit and melted butter, buttermilk soaked chicken thighs intended for the fryer that I threw on the grill right over the smoke instead, last leftover spoonful of Mac and Cheese from pre-cut days, cause it's too good to waste, and yes, still more SB Tostitos, this time slathered in onion dip I have hidden in the depths of the fridge. That shit is like crack, and basically pure fat, so my whole refeed came in at 4000k and about 90g carbs. Definitely excessive, but I slept like a baby, feel great, and am right back on a 72.
