Finally, my weight moved down! I am still far from the desired willowy frame of my goal 130 lbs mark, but I am on my way there 🌿. Went shopping for a week today - I decided to plan meals in advance (usually I don't). It will help me to manage the food so I will not have so much expired stuff in the fridge. When shopping I was purposely parking in the far end of the lot so I can walk a bit more to the store and back. Everyday usual activity counts too for the calorie burn 🔥! The shopping took me all morning, so today is another circumstantial 18/6 fasting day. I made a light mozzarella/prosciutto salad with Brussel sprouts for lunch (about 400 Cals). Not really healthy when it comes to glycation but Keto friendly.

>liv001>... yes, burrata is my favorite, especially the filling. I like how it melts in the mouth. The bad side is that there are 3 blobs in the tab - the total is 6 portions about 1.5oz each. It will make 6 days of lunches🥗...that is why I know better not to buy it often.
