day 6 completed:
breakfast :
saag with 2 boiled eggs 2 flaxseed cdsize roti
lunch :
chicken with sauteed veggies and cheese
dinner egg and coconut halwa with bpc

231.5 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 99.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
