Finally, some movement on the scale. It's been a challenging few weeks-with 3 restaurant meals this month, plus some wine and chocolate. All things that stall my weight loss and leave me idling at the stop light. I had late clients last night so I finished eating before 6 pm. That always points my weight in the right direction- Down.
