Okay new goal....to maintain my weight and walk more during the holidays. I already know I'm going to eat stuff I shouldn't so instead of feeling like a looser, I've decided to keep portion controls in play and just try to maintain my weight until January. Hopefully with this attitude I will make it through. Every office I enter at work has a platter full of cookies, brownies, See's Candy box, etc. This is tough, tough, tough!
