Not weighing in today. I've been on a self sabotage trend as of late. I do really well, stay on track, lose and then go off the rails. I don't know why I do this. ugh 10 steps forward and 15 steps back. Enough!
282.6 lb Lost so far: 17.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I understand. Sounds like me too. Just remember why you're doing this. Remember how well you feel on the good days. Think about how great you will feel after another good day/week/month. Just keep trying!

Don't beat yourself up for messing up. You have to just own it, and get right back to it! Be brutally honest with yourself, and figure out why you are doing that, and why you want to lose the weight. Do it for you, and no worries! We have your back!❤️

You're not alone, I might be your mom or grandma.🤔 I've gained & lost 40 pounds 5-6 times over the years and I'm determined to do it again taking it 1 meal at a time. Some days I'm 😇, some days I'm 👹. You can do it, you already know how.🙏💛

Not alone this just happened to me I loss 22lbs gained 8 back in a week but not giving up this time I already know what giving up looks like I want to see what happens when I don’t quit this time you can and will do it
