I have been away for a while- but still plugging away on the fitness train. I have maintained my weight within plus or minus 2 lbs. and dropped 2% body fat. I got measured and calipered by a friend who is a personal trainer, the first measurement was 31% (September) and the most recent measurement was 29% (Nov. 30). I am happy with my progress. I am working toward being leaner at this point. I also competed in my first Jiu Jitsu tournament and won my division! Excitement City!! I will continue to check in from time to time.
