good morning fat secret 🥰 dinner last night: two pcs of catfish, zucchini, and two apples. I was extremely hungry at the end of the day! still trying to find ways to soothe hunger throughout the day. the only thing that seems to help is fasting. stay positive 🙅🏾♂️
