good morning fat secret 🥰
dinner last night: two pcs of catfish, zucchini, and two apples. I was extremely hungry at the end of the day! still trying to find ways to soothe hunger throughout the day. the only thing that seems to help is fasting. stay positive 🙅🏾‍♂️
160.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I had that problem at the beginning as well. That’s why I haven’t weighed since then... don’t want to be disappointed. I finally started riding my bike in the evenings and that has put a hold to my late day hunger. I eat an outshine fruit popsicle before my ride and that is my “clue” to be full. Keep trying to find your “clue”. 😀
