Damn covit....

After almost 6 months without my meds. 5 months without working, 4.5 without the gym. A major move and other life changes... I slipped and fell face first into a plate of fat snacks. Trying to, clearly eat my way out of the stress and anxiety and new way of life we all now have.
However, now it's time to dust the cheeto dust off my fingers and get back on the stationary bike.
Because as my besty says, fall down twice, get up three times.
Even if this weight loss journey feels more like... Get pushed face first down hill into a pile of donuts 12 times... Get back up 13!

Here we go again!!!! ❤️ 💋 💃🏼
301.4 lb Lost so far: 94.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
