It's been a hungry week. I can't remember one meal that left me full. Also I have dealt with hypoglycemia 2 or three times. I'm now out of candy. I finally got a breast surgeon and have set an appointment. Scary but glad. Hope I like and trust her.
284.5 lb Lost so far: 22.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
