This is my 100th week on this particular weight loss journey. I have averaged 0.7 pounds per week. I have lost 75.5 pounds so far. I want to lose about 25 more pounds and then I will assess from there. In one month it will be a 2 year accounting for me!
This week I lost 0.8 pounds taking out the past two weeks of gaining 0.2 pounds per week. Heading in the right direction. I made the change to include more protein which I still find a bit of a challenge however I was able to stay within my calorie window or below it for 5 days this week. That feels pretty good. My highest 'over' day was 85 calories too much. In the end I averaged 5 calories over my low end. I feel that I have a better handle on this.
This week I moved 3 truckloads of branches and tree trunks (loaded and unloaded each load!) to the landfill. This was more challenging than you would think as we have had so much rain. I had to wait for a 'dry' time. My last load I actually got stuck in my 4 x 4 truck in my front lawn. I now have 4 large divots that need filling in! I was getting concerned as I needed to haul water for my house and the truck was loaded and stuck! Fortunately I got some help yesterday afternoon and got it all taken care of.
Today I am attending a funeral. It will feel odd. We have been instructed to come masked with a chair from home, to stay in our own pods and no hugging. Talk about not the human way of doing things but necessary in today's world.
