Making progress slowly and I’m very excited.

Body measurements are going down too.

I’ve walked every day for the last month (anywhere between 30 and 90 minutes).

Day 5 of the 5-mile a day challenge 🤩
193.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
