I haven't weighed in for a while on purpose. I've been working on changing my lifestyle, my eating and workout habits on a day to day basis instead. Much to my surprise the scale moved down recently.
I mark my progress by looking in the mirror and trying on clothing that was recently too small for me. I just wore a pants suit yesterday that I haven't been able to fit in 3 years.
I know I have been putting on muscle and losing fat because of the way I look in the mirror and the way my clothing fit. My shoulders are capping off, my stomach is flat and my waist looks small. My thighs are smaller. I can see the outline of my 6 pack coming back, especially on the days I eat low carb.
I have been focused on my behavior and my eating habits. I figured at some point over time that will eventually translate to the scale.
Perhaps I'll weigh in again in another 90 days or so. :-)
I am changing my body composition vs just simply loosing weight. I am adding/preserving muscle mass and loosing FAT. This does not always translate into lower numbers on the scale in the short term.
