My latest challenge is planning our Thanksgiving dinner. I'm hosting my family this year. I want to serve traditional recipes BUT green bean casserole, corn casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy, cranberry sauce loaded with sugar... these are ALL on the not good for you list! It's going to be a HUGE challenge building a menu that tastes good in a traditional way AND is healthy. I read last night that the average Thanksgiving meal is 3000 calories!
209.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 44.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
