😍🤗 gestern über 50 km gesamt, 7h Mischung aus Radtour und Fußmarsch. lt. Uhr > 43.250 Schritte, > 3.400 kcal verbraucht, lt. TB < 1.600 kcal zu mir genommen
146.2 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
