Busy day yesterday and long work day. I ended up exercising last night while DH was on a business call. Aerobics and dancing around and then some upper body weights. Then I bathed our pitbull..lol...she wasn't too happy about it.
It seems like there are some Moms that got their form letters yesterday so I am HOPING that we get ours today. I have a letter to put right into the mail and then I can mail another out regularly.
Although the scale has been slow the inches are coming off. I need to take a hard measurement (where I measure everything and write it down), but I know that i have lost at least another inch from my chest, at least a half to an inch from my waist and hips and about a half inch from my thighs. So keep at it FS buddies..the scale is not the bible.
