Life is taking over my diet again! We've developed such horrible habits over the years, always eating out. It's mostly because we're always on the go - always out visiting with people. It is SO hard to manage what you put in your mouth when you're at the mercy of what other people cook.

It's just like smoking: You are one cigarette from being back at a pack a day. Just one, that's all it takes to trigger your addiction, and return to a bad habit. Well, this weekend, it started with a glass of wine... then salmon dip, then carrot cake, then pizza for lunch yesterday! The calorie counter says I'm doing okay - but the reality is that I'm eating junk!

***sigh*** I'm just feeling sorry for myself & mentally preparing for veggies and white meat for the day.

My husband has stayed on track by the way... he started at 319.6 at the same time I started, and he's below 300 now. This morning he put on a shirt that he hasn't worn in a year because it was too tight. I WANNA wear my too tight clothes TOO!!!!
220.2 lb Lost so far: 9.8 lb.    Still to go: 55.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
