Strange times! We are sheltering in place. No real choice on food. Lunch today is, well it sorta looks like Swedish meatball size ground beef balls (without gravy), rice and peas. I must admit I enjoyed it. Our new chef has basically disappointed all of us until now. I do miss eating my meals with my friends after sharing a table for two years. I'm now looking forward to the dinner surprise.
301.8 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
