Down 2lbs, walked my 25 miles but at pretty leisurely paces, my poor little dogs aren't used to trying to book it. Still, I feel smaller, even though its just 2lbs when I woke up this morning.
235.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

just 2 pounds?? Be proud of your 2 pounds and your weekly acheivements!! What I wouldnt give to even loose .2 a week!!
