I've not been on here in awhile because I've been traveling. And with traveling you always eat more or less. So I haven't really stuck with the plan. I got real sick at Christmas, so that may account for the weight loss. Bad thing is, it is not toned - so I really need to get back to Zumba! I'm back on track now.
