Leider nahm ich am Abend vor dem schlafen gehen meine Mahlzeit nicht ein, bedingt mit den Umständen des späten trainings (bis 22:30).

Magerquark 250 g. weniger.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
