Sunday - a new day one. Have some soreness in feet and hips. I think its weight related. But energy level is very low. Weight high for more than a year now. Going to use this journal to document changes and observations. Made a mix of chia, flax and hemp - 2 Tblsp per day.
Today - run 3.5 miles and played 9 holes golf. Goals for the week - Pool twice, run five, ymca twice. Chart food. Sleep 7-8 hours / night.
