Saw my neurosurgeon this week and he was adamant about my losing weight. I'm not sure why, but he decided on 50 lbs. So I'm taking this weight loss in 50lb bites. The start-up page told me I could be at 257.2 by July. The 19th I think.
307.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
