I hate to think how much salt I was eating these last few months for my poor body to have dropped so much water weight in these few days! No wonder I was feeling so awful! Just goes to show how shocking the effects of a poor diet can really be

Frankie, it's made me think. I don't use salt while I cook but I use it at the table while eating. I might try using less. Thks for the thought
